How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Open the app and go to the log in screen.
  2. Enter your email and tap Forgot password.
  3. Follow the instructions in the email we send you to set a new password.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the app:

  1. Open the AI Tattoos app.
  2. Tap Account in the bottom-right corner.
  3. Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
  4. Tap Manage account.
  5. At the bottom, tap Show me how to delete my account and follow the steps.

Note: If you're not logged in, please log in first before following these steps.

Anonymous accounts: If you use the app without creating an account (anonymous use), your data is automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

Subscriptions & purchases

AI Tattoos offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payments, subscriptions, and refunds are handled securely by the app store you bought through — Apple's App Store on iPhone/iPad, or Google Play on Android.

How do I view, change, or cancel my subscription?

On iPhone or iPad (App Store):

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select AI Tattoos and choose to modify or cancel.

You can also manage them here: Manage your App Store subscriptions.

On Android (Google Play):

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  4. Select AI Tattoos and choose to manage or cancel.

You can also manage them here: Manage your Google Play subscriptions.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You'll keep access to your subscription until the end of the current billing period.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are processed by the app store, so refund requests are handled there.

App Store (Apple):

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Find the AI Tattoos purchase and follow the prompts to request a refund.

Google Play:

  1. Visit play.google.com/store/account and sign in.
  2. Find the AI Tattoos purchase, then use Request a refund or Report a problem and follow the prompts.

Apple and Google each review refund requests according to their own policies. If you have any trouble, contact us at info@ai-tattoos.com and we'll do our best to help.
